From the moment we met Justina we felt we were in safe hands.
She was very professional and guided us through the procedure as to what was to happen. She introduced us to Nicole Ruby as the Celebrant, the order of service and everything that went with it was made easier than we ever imagined. We were so grateful to Justina and Kyle for the support, care and compassion they showed to all our family as they helped us to the plan the funeral for our Dad. My Mum felt reassured from initial phone calls and meetings with Justina, and with the kindness, gentle manner and empathy shown to us throughout, Justina really helped to make a difficult time that little bit easier. Justina talked us through the whole process step-by-step and said we could call at any time if we had any questions - and we often did as we navigated all the decisions to be made. We were guided through the options at each stage and both Justina and Kyle were so kind and patient - we never felt as though we were being rushed and everything was managed with incredible thought and sensitivity. It is such a difficult and sad time when a loved one dies, but with Justina's and Kyle's advice and support, we were able to give our Dad the loveliest of send-offs.

This was our first time arranging a funeral and I didn't know what to expect. From the get go, Toby Hunt Funeral Service were incredible. Justina was good. She listened to me and respected me and my familys wishes throughout the hole funeral from start to finish. I can not thank her enough for all the support and respect she showed me. She went out of her way to even iron the orange cloth I wanted over the coffin. I thank her and all the team for making the day so special for me and my family.

We have received such a warm and professional service from Justina in arranging the funeral for our wonderful dad Frank Sculpher.
