This was our first time arranging a funeral and I didn't know what to expect. From the get go, Toby Hunt Funeral Service were incredible. They were kind, compassionate, very thoughtful, professional and overall wonderful. They made the hardest time of our lives, easy. Justina, Kyle and the team are sent from heaven. They care about your experience, are available all the time and deliver a discreet, heart centred experience. They care about all the tiny details that are important to you as the grieving party, and most importantly they care greatly for the loved ones in their care. If you're reading reviews looking for an undertaker, take this as your sign to choose Toby Hunt. I am positive that you will feel as supported and cared for as we did.

Justina was good. She listened to me and respected me and my familys wishes throughout the hole funeral from start to finish. I can not thank her enough for all the support and respect she showed me. She went out of her way to even iron the orange cloth I wanted over the coffin. I thank her and all the team for making the day so special for me and my family.

We have received such a warm and professional service from Justina in arranging the funeral for our wonderful dad Frank Sculpher. In this very difficult time, Justina took care of my dad and all the arrangements. She guided us through the process and was helpful and supportive. The funeral was beautiful and so respectful. Highly recommend. I was impressed and gratified at their professionalism and grace. When making arrangements for a close friend, Justina was swift, yet thorough in ensuring all of the details were right, while doing so in a compassionate and understanding way. She was even able to organise floral tributes over the Christmas period when everywhere had closed down, such a worry lifted from our shoulders. The ceremony itself was dignified and conducted with a great deal of respect and attention to detail, and the follow-up service [collecting ashes, invoicing etc] was handled in a very personal way. I would like to thank Justina and her team for their incredible support helping us as a family to navigate the loss of our wonderful Mum Kate. The service they provided was outstanding, the time given to every part of the arrangement and the care they took of us all was so much appreciated. From our initial meetings to discuss arrangements to the church service and crematorium to the burial of ashes, Justina treated us with such dignity and care that she really is an absolute credit to the service and we are so grateful for her support at every stage during such a difficult time.
