From the moment we placed my Dad in the care of Justina and the team at Toby Hunt, we knew it was the right choice.

Every step was explained with respect and every action carried out with dignity.

Justina guided us through every step of the process, with an open, honest and caring approach and as Dad served in the RAF suggested the coffin was draped with a Union Jack, something we’d not considered.

She clearly loves her role.

She checked in regularly that we were happy with the arrangements, even on the morning of the funeral.

Dad was taken to his care home so residents and staff could pay respects, a lovely touch before bringing him to the crematorium.

The only hiccup of the day was the celebrant getting stuck in traffic. Justina stepped up and held the service together.

Cannot thank her or the team for the amazing service provided at such a difficult and stressful time.

I hope not to have to use Toby Hunt again for a long time, but if the need arises Justina and the team will be my first and only choice.

I cannot thank the team enough for the exceptional care and compassion they have shown while looking after my mother-in-law. During such a difficult time, their kindness and professionalism made a real difference to our family.

A special mention to Justina, who was truly outstanding throughout. She was not only highly professional but also incredibly warm, understanding, and supportive. She handled everything with dignity and respect, which gave us great comfort and peace of mind.

We are deeply grateful for the care provided and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a compassionate and reliable funeral director.

This is all very raw but I simply had to write a review for Toby Hunt. My brother and I lost our mum way too early from a fall and complications. Unexpected and we are still in shock. To have to then plan your mums cremation not having a clue where to start was the worst. I always knew I wanted Toby Hunt as 21 years ago they had my Nannie and my mum has always been a Bartoner.
We were met by Justina. An angel in disguise. She helped us through everything. I am especially struggling and wanting to view my mum many times but had to go on my own. I never felt alone as Justina was there with me every step that I needed.
The respect she has shown my mum and all the loved ones in her care is unbelievable. From ‘face packs’ to being tucked in at night. This makes me smile in the knowledge mum was cared for. Justina went the extra mile for me continuously even reading a 10 sided letter to my mum for me when I couldn’t. The respect I have for her and she has for your loved ones is amazing. Justina had to tell me to stop viewing my mum a little earlier than I was expecting too and Ofcourse I was heart broken however it was for my mums dignity and my heart and she was totally right
To call time, for my mums sake she wouldn’t have wanted me to see her anymore the way things were happening. Justina you are an amazing person, what you do for loved ones is heart warming and I can’t thank you enough. Also a mention to Kyle who makes the best cuppa and is so polite and caring.
Whilst absolutely devastated and I’m angry with life , Justina has made this all so bearable. My mum would have loved you Justina !!!!! Thank you xxxxxx

I simply cannot fault the service that was provided by Toby Hunt from beginning to end. We dealt with Justina throughout and from the initial meeting, I knew I could trust her implicitly- she was kind, patient, empathetic, respectful and so incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble and was on hand day and night —this gave us so much reassurance and comfort at such a sad time. She guided us through everything and made the whole process so easy and stress-free, resulting in the most memorable and lovely day where everything went so smoothly and allowed us to celebrate my dads life in the most perfect way possible. All the people involved ( from the celebrant, drivers and pall bearers) were so accommodating and respectful. Thank you to everyone who made this day so perfect - as a family we are so incredibly grateful. If I could give the service we received more stars, I would.

I can’t say enough good things about the way my Dads funeral was managed. This was a painful process to go through but the way it was managed by Justina and the team made it so much easier than it could have been.
Justina was always available to help and made things easy to understand. The care and compassion was brilliant and helpful in such difficult circumstances. I can’t say enough good things about them, but I am so pleased that we chose Toby Hunt for this. Beyond brilliant.

From the moment we met Justina we felt we were in safe hands.
She was very professional and guided us through the procedure as to what was to happen. She introduced us to Nicole Ruby as the Celebrant, the order of service and everything that went with it was made easier than we ever imagined. We feel we were working with the A team who treated us in a warm and respectful manner at all times.
