Three weeks of schoolboy work experience for Toby Hunt has blossomed into a career… as an undertaker.

Now 28, Mr Hunt has set up his own funeral directors business. He said: “I was at Wollaston School and had to find somewhere to do my work experience.” Mr Hunt worked at Ann Bonham and Son Funeral Directors in Northampton for three weeks in 1983.

He said: “I genuinely like helping people and being an undertaker is something I’ve grown up with. It’s what I am.”
